Dismissed from your job? 4 things to do first
First, obtain a copy of the dismissal order and check the entry in your electronic employment record.
Second, keep your employment contract, documents showing wage payments and your correspondence with the employer.
Third, find out the deadlines for applying to the court or another competent authority — if they are missed, restoring your rights becomes much harder.
Fourth, take your documents to a lawyer, who will assess whether the dismissal procedure was violated.
